It is the case manager's responsibility to report progress who is the person who writes or will write that child's IEP. This is usually a special education teacher who has this child on their roster. The special education teacher should ask you or send you a check list to report on any progress the aide may have a checklist as a guide and the special ed teacher is doing the evaluations.
