Jobs in Texas
By Amy Cameron

Clip to ScrapBook
It depends on where you would like to go, but in so many areas in Texas they are desperate for good teachers. I just interviewed in Central Texas all last week and was offered a job with every district I interviewed with. Be prepared, know your area and you will find a job in almost any region in Texas.

The Texas Education Agency is a wonderful site that gives information about the different regions in Texas and also leads you to different school districts' websites. Go to 'links' once you are in the Texas Education Agency website and it will take you to a 'district locator'. I found this very helpful in my pursuit to find a job and Yes I did accept a position in Texas. Yeah!!
