Post-message post! By It's been resolved now

Just a quick wrap up. The para has asked to be in a different classroom next year. I have also
requested the same for her from the admin.
Next year, I will start the year with a good explaination of TEACHER ROLES vs. ASSISTANT ROLES as they relate to my expectations and management style. Then, if people feel uncomfortable they can always ask to transfer out!
