It's their loss
By Mabeline

Clip to ScrapBook
I used to think the same way as you - if I say no will they call again. Well I couldn't sit around wondering if I am going to get a call the next day or not - so I signed up with other school divisions. One division can not guarantee me work everyday so they can't expect me to remain loyal - Now I have worked almost everyday since January, on most days I have all three divisions calling me. The hardest is saying yes to the first caller - then a better school comes along etc.. I figure they need you - there are many schools out there who need good subs - if the one you were at hasn't called in soo long well then it is time to take care of yourself. Good luck
