When to quiz them

Honestly, my intentions were to do it on Fridays. However, I just had so many things to do that I would always forget and just throw it in when I could. Then I noticed some not bothering to bring in their binder or to do homework. That is when I decided there were no set dates for it. It would be given when I decided to give it. Just to keep them on their toes. I think next year will even be better seeing they are familiar with the procedure.
