How about The Little Rascals movie? This would be fairly easy for the kids to dress up for. You might even have them watch the movie to look for parade ideas.Overalls with paper frogs in the pockets
pigtails for the girls
drag a red wagon
design a handpainted banner in kid print
kazoos & noise makers
etc. Sometimes third graders really act like Little Rascals. Everyone would be able to participate. Just an idea! Good Luck!
