I never would have even dreamed about saying such a thing to a teacher. What is our society coming to? It's no wonder our country is so far behind others educationally. Children are no longer taught to respect their elders, in particular their teachers. But parents love to blame the teachers when something goes wrong. What ever happened to respect? It is so sad. I love teaching, but the lack of respect I receive will most likely drive me into a different career very soon.
