Just a question
By Cathy-Dee

Clip to ScrapBook
Have any of the other team members gone to the administrator and let her know they were not part of the decision making process? Did you tell your administrator that you felt your students are now short-changed on the lunch?
Being a new administrator in your school she might not be aware of everything that is going on especially if no one is telling him. Perhaps it's time for a year-end meeting with her to talk (not accuse) about some of the things you all felt did not work well and some solutions that might be looked at.

And unfortunately it may be that your administrator will not be able to handle

this teacher and keep things more even. In that case you might want to consider moving schools if it is possible. No one wants to work in a setting where you are frustrated on a weekly or even daily basis.
