assessments
By Angie Lytle

Clip to ScrapBook
the college i went to did provide several assessment courses in my program. however, the best assessments i have found are the informal ones done once you get to know your kids. it is easy to see their progress and their regression. keep samples and ongoing progress to see for yourself and to show others how your students are doing. formal evaluations are done on our students during their initial evaluation and on their 3 year re-evaluation. more often if needed for some specific reason. some of those interview questions seem very difficult, don't worry about finding a teaching position in special education. just be professional and love what you are doing. their are more postitions out there than there are qualified teachers to fill them. good luck.
