My first thought was a hands-on fraction lesson. Using manipulatives that could be put together in fourths. A possibility would be small squares that would fit together to make a large square. The students would show 1/4; 2/4 and how that is half; 3/4 and 4/4 using these manipulatives. The point being showing them what these fractions mean. Just an idea!
