A couple of questions

Is this teacher still in your school but just in a different classroom?

Are the items her personal items or school items?

Depending on your answers it would make a difference. Even if the items are school items, if she is still in your school you'd have to check the policy on classroom items. In my school some items are shared between classrooms. If she has changed schools then no school items should be leaving with her.

If it is her personal items then she does have a right to them, but... I would be letting the Principal know and let him put a stop to it if he feels it is appropriate.
