Multi-grade
By Kathy

Clip to ScrapBook
After 18 years of teaching a single grade classroom, I've been teaching multi-grade for the last 5 years. I love it and think it is great for the kids! The key I've found is to do as much together as possible and let the students help each other. It's great for both the quick learners and those that are struggling.

I think you will enjoy the two grades. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it's a lot more manageable than you would think. I found even in a one grade classroom there are a variety of levels.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact me.
