Depending on which state you live in, be prepared for questions about your state exam and objectives. I am from Texas so I know a principal would ask about the TEKS and our new test, the TAKS.

Also be prepared for the usual: strengths, weaknesses, most creative teaching idea, classroom management, parent involvement, etc.

Just be honest with them about the limited experience you have had with 4th grade, and share what you have accomplished/done this year with your second grade class.
