Portables

Curtins or a valance helps the windows look "homey." You will be able to decorate the walls like in a reg. classroom so have fun with it - that will make a big difference. I have always been in a portable. My current school is permanent portables. Ask if you can paint the walls. Or have your class create a mural (on butcher paper) - this always brightens up any room. Bring in your own lamps (if allowed, fire safety is an issue in portables with only one exit).
