I would let them know. Yes it could hurt your chances but many administrators are not looking necessarily at the short term but at the big picture and if you are someone they think will fit into their school setting they will still hire you. I've been at two schools where a teacher who was expecting was hired.

And on the negative side - chances are you will still be hired in a probationary contract which means if they didn't like the fact you didn't tell the truth they won't rehire you after this year and you also most likely wouldn't get a good reference. And it could hurt your chances in the entire district.
