Misery loves company!
By Kathy

Clip to ScrapBook
Don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I have had more than one mishap with our copy machine. (I keep forgetting to let the whiteout dry and so it makes lines on the papers for eons.) And, yes, I did the
transparency thing a couple years ago as well. (In fact, I actually did it twice! The second time I was so sure that I had the right type of transparency!!)

You feel like such a fool when something like this happens and are so upset with yourself that you don't need anyone else getting down on you! Fortunately, our teachers (and principal!) are all forgiving--but then we have a service

contract so the machine is always fixed fairly quickly which I'm sure helps. I'm not sure any of us would be happy with no copier until the end of the year! (Though it might force us to use some innovative teaching strategies!)

Good luck!!
