Our staff performed the song Y M C A in front of our students a few years ago. We all dressed up as the characters--fire man , construction worker etc... I can't even remember what the characters were. We played the music and danced and sang along. The kids loved it. They all jumped to their feet and performed the actions along with us. I'm not sure how many 5th Grade teachers you have....perhaps you could convince some significant others to join you...principal, janitor etc.etc.
