I understand you are frustrated but...

I've noticed a number of similar posts over the last while that say the same things. While I agree things can be frustrating the only advice one can give you is for you to change grades. Perhaps junior high is not the place for you and you would love grades 4 or 5 or grades 11 or 12. Many of the problems you've listed are not easily solved and in many schools would not be problems. Perhaps the answer is finding a different school. I do hope you do find a grade or school that is better suited for you. Teaching can be a very rewarding career but sometimes you have to take the steps to get it to that point.
