You're right. If I were in the business arena, there would be little to think over. Good news though- my present district will be renegotiating its contract next year for virtually the same salary increases as the school I was asked to interview in again. I told the principal to keep my information and to stay in touch. One never knows... Thanks for the advice. Loyalty is not a valid enough point nowadays. If this teacher shortage is what the news reports it is, surely, those of us veterans can move where the best offers are and SHOULD NOT feel guilty for it!
