keep them writing

I like to give each child some type of decorated bag with the following items in it:a personal note to them from me telling them how special it was to have them in my class this year, a neat pencil, a couple of pieces of summer stationary and a stamped envelope with my address already printed on it. This is a great way to ensure that they do at least some writing over the summer. I always get the cutest letters!
