Did you get to the conference in Ohio??? We didn't go this year, 'cause no one wanted to travel too far from home. Are you a RR teacher? I hope you'll share the info you received from the conference on the WS. Who was leading it? Do you have Guiding Readers and Writers? Scaffolding Young Writers is a very useful book, too. I guess we'll have to work it in, and I'd also like to nominate 'The Art of Teaching Reading' as another possibility. But guys, we've got to get into GR &W!!! Shall I make a schedule??? And does anyone mind if we start around the first of June or so??? I know not everyone's not finished with school by then and I don't want to leave anyone out...Thoughts??? ;-D
