Gift idea?

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but this is what we did. For our appreciation day, each class was assigned a speific person to make a gift for. We were given the librarian - she is a volunteer.

We took a large piece of tag borad and cut out a large puzzle piece. Then my 4 yar old kindergartners took old puzzle pieces and glued them all around the tag board. On the inside we wrote - Of the all pieces of our Catholic education, our libraian is our favourite piece. Then each child signed it. The response we got was wonderful. It is hanging up in our library for all to see.
