As teachers as the years pass, we begin to doubt our own abilities. I am finishing my 5th year as an elementary teacher. I feel the way you feel all the time. It is amazing how we soon belittle our abilities and worth (self-worth that is). Definitely, check the other job out. I found that when I started looking...my principal started paying attention to me.
