Loyalty or your career?

I've been thinking over this predicament myself these days. We feel that we, as teachers, owe a school something if they are pleased with us and would like us to continue there. But I constantly have to remind myself that teaching is like many other professions where we are trying to "get ahead" and find the best position and school for us. Perhaps you could keep that in mind. And anyways, it never hurts just to do an interview. Ask good questions, though, to be sure it's worth leaving your good job that you have now.
