Praise each day

I am no expert, but I do try to make a conscious effort to praise the children everyday. I also throw in little comments about how well behaved the class is or how well they have done something. They love it. The year is winding down and we are playing a lot of review games. I choose skills that I know a child has mastered and let them review the class. Even the most basic skill can boost their self esteem.
