Mr. Grassy
By Kelly

Clip to ScrapBook
I know exactly what you are talking about. Last year my class did a craft project with an assisted living facility. We decorated a Yoplait yogurt container with fabric and buttons so that it looks like a shirt. Add a Tablespoon
or so of grass seed to the foot part of the nylon. Add potting soil to make the head. Tie a piece of yarn close to the head to close nylon. Trim excess nylon so that it will hang to the bottom of the yogurt container. Decorate as a face with red yarn mouth, google eyes, and button nose. Water is kept in the yogurt container and is syphoned up the end of the nylon. Amazingly
the kids regular school glue did hold up well as long as we didn't overwater. When the grass starts growing it is the cutest thing!!!! Kids and elderly couln't wait to give the first haircut.
