Interesting format

This sounds like a great way for the other fourth grade teachers to choose a coworker. On the other hand, it will probably be kind of hair-raising for you. I agree that you should be yourself. If the other teachers ask questions, great. If they don't, consider asking some of your own. Ask about their discipline policy. Do the kids cross group among the fourth grade classes? What kinds of problems are you likely to encounter? As you get the answers to these questions you can offer your own perspective on them. Good luck with this interview. It sounds like this school is worth working at!
