Some days you work for free

I too get paid approximately $110 CND. There are some days when my paycheck has been so heavily taxed that for working 6 days I will only make maybe $450. Even full time teachers are taxed so much that when I sat and figured out one teachers salary - Gross pay $40,000 after taxes $23,000. So in comparison they are making about $120 a day. Plus they have to mark assignments, plan lessons, conference with parents, organize an extra curricular activity etc... In all honesty we subs get paid okay without all the headaches. Although there are days when I think We don't get paid enough
