Hey! I teach right outside of Tampa and this is my second year too. I would love to hear from you and maybe try and help. My first year was awful and this year has been pretty good. Although I need to find a job in Tampa| cause I recently moved out here and can no longer make the long drive to and from work. Was it the school? The principal? I know that you might not want to disclose this information, but I am really curious as to where you work. I REALLY don't want to go to a school that is awful, so maybe you can help me too. I know this whole teaching thing is really rough. Trust me I think the same thoughts as you, but I'd love to try and help you and get some more info.
