Tooth Fairy Glyph

At a school were I did clinicals, one of the teachers did a tooth fairy glyph. They all had a toothfairy. Boys were blue; girls were pink. If you had a cavity before, you had a star on your wand; if you hadn't, you had ??some other shape??. Every button glued on was for every tooth you'd lost. The hair and eye color also stood for something, but I don't remember what. Sorry, this is incomplete, but maybe it will give you an idea.
