New Sub Clerk

Person or machine? Whats the best ...human contact or a machine that just calls you? I'm in a district where I sub pretty consistently for 2 schools, but want to work during the summer and this other district has year round schools, pays a bit less, and has a sub caller. I have been calling and leaving msgs. for her to call me as I have questions, and I end up calling back to talk to anyone else BUT the sub caller as I need some answers to my questions before I turn in my app to that district. I guess she is busy calling subs? Hope so.....a bit nervous to go to a real person vs. a computer....(did I write that?)
