I think that teachers don't feel like we get paid enough for all of the things we do. Anyone who has taught knows everything the job entails. I don't feel that my pay is horrible (2nd year, 35,000), but when I consider that my husband who manages a restaurant with no college degree makes more, it seems unfair. I'm in Texas.
