By Rae

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi, I have never taught half day, but here is my full day schedule. The times aren't exact, I adjust them to what the kids need.

7:30 – 8:00 Arrival
8:00 – 8:30 Morning meeting
8:30 – 9:15 Outdoor play
9:15 –
9:45 Activity
9:45 – 10:15 Snack
10:15 – 11:45 Play - This is the most important part of my day
11:45 – 12:00 Clean Up
12:00 – 12:30 Lunch
12:30 – 1:00 Gross motor
1:00 – 1:15 Guided fantasy story/relaxation
1:15 – 2:00 Rest
2:00 – 2:30 Activity
2:30 – 3:15 Project Work/Play
3:15 – 3:30 Clean Up/Journal Time

If you want explanations of any of these things,

just let me know!

In a full day program, make sure they have at least an 1 1/2 for uninterrupted play. So much can be accomplished during this time.

Good Luck
