problem solving book By j

If it needs to be comprehensive and touch upon each major objective you've covered this year, how about having them make a book of word problems--one page for adding larger numbers, subtracting with regrouping, money, telling time, fractions, geometry, multiplication/division, measurement, graphing, etc. If they can write one word problem for each skill covered and then illustrate the steps needed to solve each problem, then you will have initiated a review of all skills and they will have had practice solving each.
