need the stress release

I had a horrible class last year. The only way I was able to survive was to cry on ther other teachers' shoulders in the staff workroom or any other place in the school where there was comfort and cheer to be found. Before people judge teachers harshly when they are speaking negatively about kids, they should consider that we do have very difficult years sometimes, and we really do need to rely upon others to help with stress release.
