Waiting a response... It is long!
By Tiffany

Clip to ScrapBook
I once again than everyone for the great response to my suggestion. I have turned it over to the staff at the busy board and I am waiting to hear back. In the mean time I will just start with an idea for a spring BB.

Title
on the door is: April showers make our class BLOSSOM (In yellow)

*For this month I covered the background in purple(resource room was out of blue Made two clouds and used colored pastels to shade in clouds. Had raindrops out of white paper which I also shaded. On them wrote things we would be learning about during the month of April. (A shower of knowledge) And the rain drops

are falling down on flowers which have pictures of the children in my class on them. I placed the flowers on top of grass which I made out of green bb paper.

It is very colorful and bright. I get alot of parents from other classes stopping by complimenting me on the door. I feel the door to my class represents the type of class that I have and that is why I take a lot of pride in my door decorations. The door to a classroom is a little peek into that teacher and that class.

Hope this inspires you to share your ideas. If not for this month, maybe for previous BB. Oh yea if you are not sure how to use oil pastels to shade or decorate your class I will be more than willing to try and explain it if it just noted in a reply. It is sooo easy and I have made decorations for my class just using a copier, oil pastels, vaseline, and some paper towels. No need to be an artist!
