I use it with 2nd graders for spelling and they love it! They all get in a circle (or you could have them stand at their desks) The first person in the chain says a word from the list go around the circle each person giving the next letter that spells the word (chair-c-h-a-i-r-chair-sparkle). Once it is spelled the next person repeats the word. The next person in line says SPARKLE and then sits down and is out. The game keeps going until they are all sitting. I'm sure there are other variations to this as well, hope this helps!
