We have had a teacher who's been here on a limited for nearly two years now. She took over for someone on a maternity leave, things didn't work out and the teacher needed to stay home another year so this gal decided to stick out a limited position for yet another year. So here she is on year three with no tenure building, no seniority and nothing that says she gets to be interviewed with all the other in district people. By the time she gets to interview for the postion she's held, it will be in the summer, IF someone in district doesn't decide to take it. While I think it's great you've good such a good school, I'd do some looking...Best of luck whatever you decide. ;-D
