Writing it down

Isn't it interesting that a thought crystalizes when you write it down? You've made a great point about why you're losing enthusiasm. Why not reword what you've written here and take it to your principal. It sounds like you'd really like to stay where you are, but with a more equitable distribution of problem students. Your principal should be able to see that, especially if you have the support of your colleagues and have your arguments written down.
