No comment on a report card should be a surprise. There seems to be a break down in communication from your child's teacher. She also contradicts herself saying that your daughter is cold hearted but very caring. Which one is it? A possible reason that your daughter might be active is that she is bored with the curriculum because it is too easy for her. I'm no expert, just food for thought.
