Thank you for your response. We are going to a coaching model where two primary and two intermediate teachers team teach and during the time that we are out of the classroom, we coach the other teachers in math or language. It should prove to be a great way for more intensive staff development.
My role will be teaching language and social studies. My partner will be teaching math and science.
Any pointers on ensuring a smmooth transition for the students and teachers would be great.
