Bell Work

I bought a book called "Jumpstarts" that I use for morning work. I put it in a file out on the table, and they all know to come in, get their jumpstart page, sit down to complete it, and then turn back into the file when they are done. I also have them write in their journals in the mornings on a subject I post on the board, like what they did over the weekend or write 5 complete sentences about what you like to do with you friends...etc.
