You should inform the police and the phone company. The phone company may be able to help with the situation, or at least advise you about what to do.

Even if no message is left, or the message is garbled, those calls constitute harassment. The way you feel about them makes this very clear. This is not something that you need to put up with.

I would inform my principal, also, but only so that he would be informed as I would inform any boss. I would not pursue the matter at school.

This student is not trying to reach out to you. If she were she would speak to you.
