Currently I'm sharing a contract with another first grade teacher. I work afternoons, she works mornings. Other reasons for teaming might be to reduce the number of subjects each teacher has to prepare for, or to allow for fewer reading groups. Why are you teaming? I don't know of any websites or books on the subject. Most of what I know was learned trial and error. I like my situation for many reasons. I especially like having a colleague that knows the same children so we can intelligently discuss problems and solutions.
