Job Fairs
By Ashlyn

Clip to ScrapBook
I've been to job fairs and have always worn a suit. Some might even interview on the spot, depending. Go prepared like you would for a job interview. Have all your information with you, resume, job history, letters of recommendation etc. Visit the booths, ask your questions, pick up apps. etc. Revisit booths that you are interested in several times through out the day. Once I sent a thank you note with my picture on it and it really helped that person remember me. She was very impressed with that! Write down the names of the people you talk to and send them thank you notes or follow up phone calls. Be yourself, and confident. Be ready for anything!
