As a Kindergaten teacher, the last place rude comments need to go are on a report card. If things are so bad, then why as a professional was a conference not set up. As far as ADHD, you need to get ahold of a checklist

Maybe the teacher needs to address feelings and talk to you about possible counseling if things are so bad. Honestly, sometimes teachers are just like you, sometimes no matter what a child does that one may find cute, you may find it rude. Could this be a personality conflict. Teachers always have the option to try the other teacher and see how things go. Behavior modifications need to occur before a child is put on meds. Also, ADHD need to have many components for a consectutive 6 months before meds. are initialted. One report card comment should not be it.
