I participated in this already this year. I don't think anyone had your topic though. Tuning forks are always great.

Here are some of the topics we had: ziploc icecream (to show differences in temp and states of matter), toothpaste constellations (I did this one), plant in a bottle (a big hit), gooze, using static electricity to make a can move and then race against someone.
