First of all, it was cetainly poor etiquette to criticize you via email. Your principal needs to have a little talk with Miss Manners.

Second, has she offered you any words of advice, support, or ideas on how you can improve? That is the problem I have with my principal...he sometimes has something to say about my classroom management, but never a suggestion to offer. Isn't that what they're there for?

Hang in there! Things will get easier!
