At this point I could care less about protecting this "job", if that's what you want to call it. But I do agree that we need to keep careful records of everything, even interactions with parents.

I learned this lesson when my principal began sexually harrassing me. I made it a habit to write down every suggestive thing he said or did, and trust me...it WAS advantageous.
