The micromanager
By Ugh

Clip to ScrapBook
Honestly. This morning I was met by my principal at the door. He told me I needed to call a parent because somehow he got word that she said she had left three messages and I hadn't called back. Number one, this wasn't true ... I hadn't gotten any other messages from her. Number two, why does he care about such a petty issue? Doesn't he have a school to run? In addition, he chastized me for not having checked my mailbox on the way to my room in the morning. Again, doesn't he have more important things to worry about? Truth is, I always send a student down in the morning to check my mail so that I don't have to go near the office and possibly get accosted by the principal to discuss one of these pressing issues!
